I used to be bigger and unhappy within myself (emotional eater). I had problems with my food, I couldn’t figure out a balance. I went from a size 16 to a size 6/8 and it was done in a very unhealthy way. When I did my level 2 I loved lifting weights, so learning that if I trained harder I could eat normally and look good in my clothes. I really wish i learnt it sooner.
Now I am a powerlifting with Northern Ireland Powerlifting it’s amazing fun, I love the thought of being as strong but still as feminine as possible and I believe I’m doing that pretty well.
I love training clients who want to change their lifestyle. I don’t believe in quick fixes or diets I believe in small changes that can be sustained long term. I’m the trainer helping people be the strongest, happiest versions of themselves. I also try to help clients to see the positive impacts in training mentally as well as physically. It’s not all about loosing 5lbs!
